Inman Electric Motors has been the leader in innovative electrical apparatus service since 1967. Our 75,000 sq. ft. service shop features state-of-the-art production and testing equipment to provide our customers with the highest quality of repaired electric motors. We offer complete sales, service, and repair of electric motors from fractional through 15,000 horsepower.
Inman provides daily pick-up and delivery. Service is provided around the clock seven days a week. Our trucks cover a 200 mile radius from our service center in La Salle, Illinois. We provide routine pick-up and delivery service for Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Southern Wisconsin, and Eastern Iowa.

Inman Electric Motors was founded in 1967 by Sam Inman.
Today the facility is more than 75,000 square feet on 3.5 acres of land. Inman Electric Motors has one of the most modern service shops in the country. The capabilities include two 40-ton bridge cranes, four 15-ton bridge cranes, automated coil winding machines, vacuum pressure impregnation, large curing and heat treating ovens, vibration and dynamic balancing instrumentation, and a 13kV, 3,000 amps test panel. The industries we service include manufacturers, mining, steel and cement production, refineries, power generation, public utilities, and municipalties throughout Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana.
